Character Background:
Fuzzy Logic was born in a captive breeding facility set up by her tribe to attempt to reintroduce and improve the wolf side of their heritage. Of course, cultivating wolves that are kin and therefore have the potential to breed new Garou (werewolves) means that sometimes human-born male Garou are asked to take on their wolf-form to breed with natural female wolves. (Female werewolves breeding with male wolves won't work because a pregnant Garou will give birth to a child of her own birth form.)

While considered a shining success of the program because she experienced the First Change and became a full Garou instead of merely Kinfolk, the Glasswalkers are still a highly human-influenced tribe, and her more instinctive and intuitive way of handling what the world throws at her is often at odds with the tech-savvy, forward-looking ways of her human-born kin. This mostly means she has a more puppyish need to try to please her "betters" by acting in ways that aren't at odds with them, even it when it feels less natural.

As with any animal raised in a controlled environment and interacting with humans, she has some attitudes and behaviors that seem more like the familiar dog than a truly wild wolf, although she is a hunter and a predator in her own right. Glasswalkers may be city wolves, but they still understand the satisfaction of going out and doing what you were born to do, and often would arrange outings to nearby preserves where they could spend time on four legs and satisfy the cravings of the Wyld in every wolf.

Personality:
Fuzzy isn't a dominant wolf by any stretch. While among her litter-mates, there was a degree of deference due to the instinctive reaction of Kinfolk wolves to the potential Rage of even a pre-change Garou, it didn't mean she would fight to be on top. Being a leader and making decisions for others are things that make her distinctly uncomfortable. She doesn't want to force her view on others, she'd much rather try persuasion to bring you to her side.

That said, she's also curious and inquisitive. The world she now has access to by being more than a wolf is exciting and strange, and the humans and Homid Garou she's been exposed to are equal parts fascinating and utterly confusing. For example, using clothing to protect from the elements since human-type people don't have fur is a clever solution, but why everyone insists that clothing be worn all the time is puzzling. Only having it drilled into her that it's a human custom, like shaking hands instead of a proper sniff.

Her tribe made sure she has the basics of human courtesies and how to act, but even when wearing her human skin, she's still a wolf on the inside, and therefore puts a much higher value on things like body language and intonation in her interactions with people. Unless she's really trying, she also tends to skip over a lot of grammatical constructions and just use enough to get her point across. Things like her name and basic commands were known to her in one sort of context before her Change, but she's really only learned to speak, read, and understand American English in the six months since she first became able to take human form.
